I have long been involved with the fitness industry for almost 10 years training and driving clients. For Fitness One-on-one Fitness sessions specialize in functional training which fit your goals and way of life and promise to provide results. We look after all goals whether or not they be weight loss, lean muscle mass, muscle building or sports related.

Unlike regular gyms where you need to wait to use equipment our One-on-one PT sessions deliver a high intensity functional workout which delivers fast results and can be achieved outdoors or in enhanced comfort of very own PT Facilities. Some of the devices we use are Kettlebells, PowerBags , Power Sled, Power Ropes etc
